Service Terms
This page is a general B2B information framework. Project-specific terms are determined by the accepted written quotation, order form, statement of work, SLA and/or separate contract. The project-specific written agreement prevails in the event of a conflict.
Biró Ferenc e.v. provides services under the BT Digital brand. Full identification details are available on the Legal Notice page.
BT Digital may provide discovery and architecture, website/web/mobile/backend/API development, CRM and ERP solutions, integrations and data migration, AI and automation with human oversight, UI/UX, QA and security review, and system takeover and managed operations. The accepted written scope alone defines what is included.
A website, e-mail, or phone enquiry is a request for discussion or quotation, not an order. A contract is formed only when the parties accept the essential terms in writing. An automated acknowledgement confirms technical receipt only.
The accepted scope defines included deliverables, functions, integrations and exclusions. New or changed requirements may be handled as a separately estimated change request. The client must provide timely decisions, lawful content and access.
Fees are defined in the quotation or contract. Third-party fees such as hosting, domain, e-mail or AI APIs are included only where the written quotation expressly states so.
The client reviews delivered functionality within the agreed period and reports reproducible defects. The handover package may include source code, documentation, a test summary and an operations recommendation, as agreed.
Source code, design and usage rights are governed by the project agreement. General-purpose modules, frameworks and know-how may remain with BT Digital. Third-party and open-source components are used under their own licences.
Managed operations and support are separate from the one-off development fee unless expressly included. A stated response-time figure normally means first response time, not guaranteed resolution time, unless the contract states otherwise. 24/7 coverage requires a separate written agreement.
AI output may be inaccurate and may require human review for business- or legally-significant decisions. BT Digital does not present an AI system as a legal, medical or financial decision-maker.
Security testing is performed only with the system owner's prior written authorisation and a defined scope. Nothing on this website grants unlimited or unauthorised penetration-testing rights.
Business and technical information exchanged between the parties must be kept confidential. Where BT Digital processes personal data on behalf of a client, the roles and required safeguards must be documented in a separate data processing agreement.
Specific liability, warranty and enforcement terms are set out in the individual contract. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
